T.H.C, returns and exchanges…

At The Hemporium Co., we offer a 30-day return policy because we genuinely believe in our products and their ability to improve people's lives. If CBD wasn’t the best fit for your wellness tradition, let us know and we'll help you get a refund. 

Exchange/Refund Terms & Conditions:

  • Each customer is allowed one refund 
  • All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee
  • Allow up to 24-48 hours for our customer service to contact you
  • Shipping cost on a returned item will not be refunded
  • A 10% disposal/restock fee will be deducted from refund.
  • Once your return is received, please allow 48 – 72 hours for your refund to be processed
  • Credit times will vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping:


  • All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.
  • All claims for damaged product must be made within 24 hours.
  • Please contact us and provide detailed information, images preferably, for any product damaged during shipping.
  • if you received products damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours of shipment delivery to qualify for an exchange of the exact product.
  • Allow up to 15 days for processing exchange

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or smokable flowers).  Please contact us at sales@thehemporiumco.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
